What's next

Finish modernizing crashdummy (Building) so it can serve as the traffic-split and telemetry workload.
Stand up the mesh and observability layer, making every future component observable by default.
Then the AI phases: first agent, kagent migration, and finally sandboxed multi-agent workflows toward v1.0.0.

Cadence

Semantic versioning on every repo; tags cut releases with changelogs. A write-up follows each phase. I'm targeting one post every two to three weeks, cross-posted for reach.
